Eagle Athletes Academy

Training the Next Generation of Champions
Our belief is that too often, our youth sports athletes are thrust into competitive sports environments yet underprepared for the athletic process and lacking basic athletic foundational skills. We want to bridge that gap.

3rd-6th grade (Coed) Cost: $135 per athlete
Tuesdays/Thursdays 3 pm-4:30 pm
November 4th & 6th, 11th & 13th, 18th & 20th.

Outline:
  • Session #1: Athlete 101 - Warm-up, terminology, stance & form, Pre-test
  • Session #2: Recap, Linear Speed, Multi-directional speed
  • Session #3: Recap, Power & Balance
  • Session #4: Recap, Core Strength
  • Session #5: Recap, Agility, Nutrition
  • Session #6: Recap, Dynamic warm up, Post-Test, Awards ceremony
